• The CIL website (www.isotope.com) will be unavailable from 5PM EDT on Thursday, October 26th until Monday, October 30th. To place an order or request a quote during this time, you can email (cilsales@isotope.com) or call 1-800-322-1174. Our Customer Engagement team will be happy to assist you. 
• If you have an active CIL webshop account, you will receive an email notification at ‘Go Live’ to reset your password. 
• The domain for https://www.shop.isotope.com will be deactivated at ‘Go Live,’ at which time, you will be able to access your account simply by visiting www.isotope.com. Any bookmarked links to website pages from shop.isotope.com will be redirected to the new website. 
• For data security purposes, credit card numbers will not be migrated from legacy to our new platform. Any credit card orders placed using the new platform will require resubmission of credit card information. Submissions will take place via PayFabric®, a secure, online pay link for credit cards.
